📦 Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, severe weather conditions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💖 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver to customers throughout South Africa.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Zylo Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

📦 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping promotions, including free shipping offers, will be clearly displayed on our website.

📬 Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Zylo Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
